Actually, “OER” hasn’t obviously declined (at least in the blogs sampled), although it has been quite peaky. “MOOC” has recently overtaken “OER”. I’ll try to post some figures soon…

I’d be very curious to see how commonly the term “oer” has been used in comparison to the terms above. I suspect its use has declined somewhat in the face of the march of the MOOCs ;)

Yes think that MOOCs have taken the lion’s share of commentary recently. I would hope now that the community is talking less about open content and more about open practice too.
