well, eCOTOOL hasn’t finished yet, as I write!

We’ve developed the basic information model of the Europass Certificate Supplement, but by itself that doesn’t go as far as we wanted in terms of modelling structures related to competence. Both with eCOTOOL partners and with others I’ve done a lot of work since on the logic of competence, and much of this may be reflected in the final “competence model” delivered by eCOTOOL.
