That idea didn’t come to me until I started exploring the SKOS website. It’s interesting to think about how some of the semantic clustering techniques developed by search companies like Google could be used in an HR capacity to recall occupations available given a collection of competencies in a specific “domain ontology”. Hiring approached in a purely logical way.
