The best possible option would be to collaborate with one or two others to produce a book – there is surely a book’s worth to discuss if the examples were spelled out properly.

The next option would be an academic paper, sooner, which is also very attractive, and would not preclude a later book. I would here very much like to collaborate with a co-author more closely connected to the relevant literature, who knows the relevant journals.

A third option would be a more substantive “briefing” or “white” paper, published on the web rather than academically. If this were to be a CETIS briefing paper or white paper, I would certainly want at least one CETIS co-author, to cover areas I may not have thought through. The same would go for JISC, mutatis mutandis.

Offers gladly considered!
