The Greater Manchester Strategic Alliance (GMSA) are to pioneer the use of Unique Learner Numbers when it comes to recording educational achievement. With ULNs being allocated early this year, GMSA are one of the first organisations within the higher education sector to be able to assign this new method of recording students.
